Quick fixes & FAQs

• Plan not updating? Force-close the app and reopen. Check your internet connection.
• Apple Watch sync issues? Open the Watch app → Run Buddy → ensure permissions are enabled.
• Location/Health permissions? Go to Settings → Privacy & Security → enable for Run Buddy.
• Restore purchases? On your device, go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions to manage your plan. In the app, use the “Restore Purchases” option if available.
