These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Run Buddy – Your Running Buddy mobile application and related services (collectively, the “App”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use the App. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Run Buddy provides training plans and guidance for educational and informational purposes only. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a physician or qualified health professional before starting a new exercise program, especially if you have any medical condition, injury, or concerns.
You understand and agree that you exercise at your own risk. We are not responsible for any injuries, health problems, or damages that may result from your use of the App.
The App may offer premium features, including auto-renewing subscriptions and one-time purchases (such as lifetime access). Pricing and duration are displayed in the App and in the App Store at the time of purchase.

Training data and other content you enter into the App remain your responsibility. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to process this data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the service.
Our collection and use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
If you choose to connect Apple Health (HealthKit) or share location data, we will access only the data necessary to provide features such as workout tracking and training insights. You control these permissions from your device settings and may revoke access at any time.
You may delete your account at any time from within the App: open Today → tap the profile icon → Profile & Subscription → Delete account. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or misuse the App.
We may update the App and these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated Terms here and update the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Run Buddy and its owners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.
